ORIGINS

Not only wine, but a life plan.

In 2014 my family and I, Omar, started working in the world of wine and hospitality. Casa Baricalino was love at first sight, an essential change in our lives due to the strong bond with the land in which we were born.

Following traditions with a look at the future, respecting nature and working with passion: these are the cornerstone of our family business.

A TRADITIONAL WHITE WINE

Nas-cëtta

Nas-cetta has a straw-yellow colour with greenish hints which foretell notes of citrus fruit, grapefruit and white peach evolving to white flowers, acacia honey and thyme.

Thanks to its rich aroma and pleasant acidity, it matches well with cold vegetable appetizers, fresh cheese, first courses with raw fish, shellfish and white meat.

We suggest a  service temperature between 10° and 12°C.

We will welcome you in the portico, to protect ourselves from the sun and from the rain, to stop and have a chat; the wicket gate open, a small reception room in the former cellar with an arched brick ceiling, a stairway which invites you to go upstairs… exactly like an old country house.
